We're working with Italian libraries and we just discovered that a proposal was made to update the BBS topics. It wasn't accepted, but the Italians used it for their libraries. I'm attaching it.

Do you agree that I put this topic on the agenda on the BBS and Karstlink lists? That I post once a week to detail the topics, and that it would be possible to work on a shared document. That I organize a vote for October 15th, for example. Would anyone registered on these lists before October 15th be able to participate in the vote?

The goal is to create a list of topics that is accepted by all and to be able to update the list of topics on the BBS.
