Je n'ai pas eu de remarques sur le bilan que j'ai proposé à Ana et Jean Marc, je vous l'adresse désormais avec une version en Anglais. Je pense qu'il faudrait le transmettre au bureau de l'UIS. Jean-Marc est ce que tu peux t'en charger ? Il faut l'adresse au secrétaire général de l'UIS Johannes Mattes johannes.mattes@oeaw.ac.at

I’m pleased to send you the report from the BBS-Commission for the lasts four years.
Unfortunately, I will not be present at the next UIS Congress.
Anyway this report let everybody know what we have done and what we will do.
