Cela fait 2 mois que Camille et Yohann travaillent pour que les informations contenues dans le BBS soit facilement accessibles aux autres bibliothèques qui gèrent des documents sur le Karst
Ils ont réalisé un service qui fonctionne à partir de données de test, ces données ont pu être récupérées par la maison de la Spéléo de Namur - Spéléo J a travers le protocole OAI et le logiciel PMB et par la Bibliothèque Anelli a travers le protocole Z39-50 et le logiciel Clavis
Les développements pour que l'ensemble des données soient en permanence accessibles, pour fournir une documentation, sont en cours
Des échanges ont étés amorcés avec l'Université de Floride du Sud, dans cette perspective un service utilisant le format Marc21 sera également mis en place
Le BBS a été déclaré comme étant une bibliothèque de manière à disposer d'un identifiant international qui permettra de faciliter les échanges automatiques
L'étape suivante est de mettre en place des outils permettant de collecter les autorisations des éditeurs, de numériser éventuellement les documents puis de réaliser automatiquement l'analyse des documents pour produire les métadonnées. L'UBS a sollicité l'ensemble des clubs du pays, les autorisations commencent à arriver, en quelques jours 9 collections ont été placées sous la licence CC-BY Les responsables de la SSI organisent une réunion lundi soir, de manière a faire le point sur les travaux déjà réalisés et pour étudier la possibilité de rendre accessible les documents sous forme numérique
La mise à jour de Grottocenter pour produire automatiquement les métadonnée sera réalisée avant le 15 aout fin du stage de Camille et Yohann

Hello, Camille and Yohann have been working for two months to make the information contained in the BBS easily accessible to other libraries that manage documents on the Karst.
They have created a service that works from test data. This data was retrieved by the Maison de la Speleo de Namur - Spéléo J using the OAI protocol and PMB software, and by the Anelli Library using the Z39-50 protocol and Clavis software.
