Also, i forgot to mention that the classification used by Speleoteca is slightly different from that proposed by Klimchouk in 1996. That's because that proposal at the time experienced a discussion and Michele Sivelli (the former librarion of the SSI) adopted the main structure, with some changes and modifications to expand some classes, or reduce/merge some subclasses. Here it is our Speleological Subject Classification for Speleoteca, that we believe is able to answer the main need of a speleological library, being sufficiently exhaustive, accurate and effective.
